Sunway Hotel Group has spent nearly 30 years developing hotel projects.  In that 30 years, we have learned the importance of reviewing every phase of the construction process to ensure that our properties are built with the highest quality at the lowest cost.  We monitor the construction schedule from the day we break ground until the day of opening to make sure that not a day is wasted.

Sunway has a full construction staff that manages the oversight of every General Contractor and Sub-Contractor, RFI and change order to make sure that all of our properties are built in the least amount of time possible and creating as much value through construction as feasible. 

We enter into each and every project with the mind set that we will own and manage the property for a long time.  In order to reduce the long term maintenance costs of the hotel, we manage the construction process with operations in mind.  Because we have staff on site throughout the construction process, we ensure that no corners have been cut and that every room and public space isn’t approved without reaching the highest level of finish.
