Donald Culbertson, Barry Brautman and the Sunway Hotel Group continuously seeks new opportunities in the hotel arena through the acquisition of existing hotels and locating new build sites. Sunway evaluates each opportunity and market to determine the best franchise for the project, in addition, evaluation of necessary renovations to an existing hotel to create a more competitive product. Each project is owned by a separate LLC. Mr. Culbertson and Mr. Brautman own significant portions of every project Sunway undertakes so that investors fully realize the best interests of all owners are completely aligned. Sunway Hotel Group manages the hotels on behalf of the partnership. Don and Barry are personally involved in locating the opportunities and the appropriate investors for the individual projects.
Sunway Hotel Group is able to provide extensive service to all of its projects. Sunway is positioned to add additional hotels to its current portfolio. Sunway’s oversight has an immediate impact on its operations through its hands on management and oversight.
