This philosophy is applied to large full service down to small limited service hotels. Sunway continuously reviews the hotels financial performance through marketing and market review to increase the bottom line.
Sunway offers full service management, from budget preparation to daily accounting, payroll preparation and monthly financial statements. We also have the ability to break out our services to meet a properties individual needs. In addition, Sunway can assist with construction oversight, interior design, renovation and FF&E purchasing.
